Refund policy

Thank you for purchasing from Toast To Coffee! We want to ensure that your purchasing experience is satisfying and that there are no problems with your order on our part. If there is a problem with your order, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement.
We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time, which shall only apply to orders made after the modification or updates.
No returns
Please, note that due to the custom-made and perishable nature of the product, re-packaging requirements, and return shipping fees, we do not accept returns in any way. If there is a problem and it’s from us, we will only offer a refund or replacement.
Eligibility for refund or replacement
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
- Your order does not get to you;
- Your order is damaged in transit before it gets to you;
- The variety you ordered isn’t the one delivered to you; or
- You notify us of any problems and send supporting evidence within 24 hours you received the order.
You are not eligible for refund or replacement if:
- You are simply not satisfied with the product;
- You simply change your mind;
- You ordered the wrong variety during your purchase;
- You already opened the product and used part of it;
- The product is damaged after you received it; or
- You requested after 24 hours of delivery.
Making a refund or replacement request
If you qualify for a refund or replacement – subject to the above criteria – follow the process below:
- Contact us at info@toasttocoffee.com with the title “Refund Request” including the order number and the reason for the refund.
- Wait for our response and further information, which should be within 2 business days.
